LPG Stays, operating under the AlterHome group, provides boutique property management services in Miami, including onboarding, listing, pricing, guest communication, cleaning coordination, and reporting for residential short-term and mid-term rentals.
2. Owner and broker relationship
Any commercial relationship between LPG Stays and an owner, investor or broker is governed by a separate signed agreement. Information submitted through this Site is used only to evaluate a potential collaboration.

The Site provides general information about our brand and current properties. Bookings, availability and rates are handled through our booking partners, and are subject to their own terms.
